1.Glue Melter: The JR810 hot melt tank is a high-performance, high-volume applicator. The JR810 has a 10 kg melter capacity. Built with a durable Teflon line tank. The JR810 keeps the heat at the bottom of the melter while maintaining cooler temperatures above which helps minimize char and hot melt degradation.
2. Glue Hose: The JR810 can connect 1~4 glue hose, the length of glue hose can be customized according to your requirement.
3. Glue Gun: This unit dispenses hot melt in bead/stripe/mist form and can connect 1~4 glue guns or automatic glue applicator ( such as: fiber gun, slot die gun, air open/close module, bead glue applicator,etc.).
